I have seen or heard of story where people were raised up without a choice in life. They know not of another way. They were born into those bad and evil situations. It will be unfair to say to this type of people that it is there decision that determines their destiny. You can only make a decision based on what you know but this people know no other alternatives all their lives. They have never been given a chance in life.
